Our incinerators can
decontaminate large quantities of material. They are available in both
portable and stationary models. And they can handle oil contaminated soil,
pesticides, paint, solvents, creosote, coal tar and hospital lab waste.
The contaminants are burned out of the
material using very high temperatures. The resulting gases are
diverted from the drum through a vertical afterburner. The decontaminated
material is safe to use as an ingredient in construction materials,
including hot mix asphalt.
The
coal burning system is an efficient, low maintenance package and provides
substantial fuel cost savings. Rather than just the coal fired burner, the
entire system is built to ensure proper performance. The automatic burner
features a short, high intensity flame with a horizontal cyclone of fire and
can be easily converted to gas or oil use. Our coal burning systems perform
at the same production rates and meet the same pollution standards as gas or
oil units
This facility handles it all - from
grinding and blending to storage and packaging. We supplies belt conveyors,
screw conveyors, bucket elevators and drag conveyors to move materials
through the plant. We also provide long-wearing grinding systems, rotary
kiln dryers, dust control systems and storage facilities for the minerals.
We
supply the entire facility package, and contractors no longer have to worry
with fitting different pieces of equipment from different manufacturers.
The
Plant incorporates a computer control system to control the production
process from beginning to end.
Plants have working capacities up to 600
tons per hour. They are easy to move, easy to erect and simple to
operate. Each plant includes a computer controlled cold feed system, a
powerful pug mill and a storage silo. The system allows changes in mix
design without a complete material shut down.
If for example
contaminated soil normally comes from around leaking petroleum tanks, then
this soil is removed and stored. Then the portable remediation plant is
brought in. In the plant, the soil is blended and fed into the drum where
contaminants are removed from the soil. The portable remediation plant is
then ready to move to another site and begin the process over again. This
same system is also available in a stationary model.
